Tom Schmitt is 49 years old. He earned a diploma in pedagogy, and is the owner of the training institute "COMMITT”. Tom completed an apprenticeship for communication experta (Friedemann Schulz von Thun), as well as acting- and directing education in Florenz, Amsterdam and New York. Since 1994 he has been a self-employed trainer and coach, doing selling-, communication-, and personality training for employees and managers. He’s a lecturer at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung in Düsseldorf and at the University for Economics and Politics in Hamburg.
